Coronavirus detected in 166 people in Bashkiria per day

According to the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria, 166 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the republic over the past day.

Currently, 161 patients are being treated in hospitals, including 99 elderly people. Ten people are in serious condition, one patient is supported with a lung ventilator. 736 people are treated on an outpatient basis, of which 201 are people over 60 years old.

The department reported that 74 people were discharged from hospitals with recovery during the day, and no deaths were registered.

12 cases of community-acquired pneumonia were registered per day, 15 patients were discharged with recovery from pneumonia.

13,510 people were vaccinated in Bashkiria per day. In total, 3,075,052 people (123.8%) were jabbed with the first dose of the vaccine against coronavirus infection in the republic, and 2,836,133 people (114.1%) completed the vaccination.

The number of revaccinated people is 739,623.

Of the older population, 921,455 people were vaccinated with the first dose, and 844,866 with the second dose. The number of children vaccinated with the first dose is 8,750, and 7,980 children received the second dose.
