

Summer heat will continue in Bashkiria until the end of the second decade of August according to preliminary data from weather services. However, the current August is still much more comfortable than last year, when the maximum temperatures were kept until September. Now the average daily air temperature is 2 degrees above the norm.
On August 7-8, extreme fire danger is expected in some places in the region, again incomparable with last year. Since April 15, according to the Ministry of Forestry, 43 forest fires have been recorded in the region on 277 hectares, while in 2021, over the same period, 248 fires occurred on 3253 hectares of forest land.
