

According to the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria, as of August 3, 89 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the republic.
Currently, there are 112 patients in hospitals, including 73 people over 60 years old. Yesterday the number of inpatients was 109, the day before yesterday, August 1 - 108, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
22 patients are in serious condition, three people are supported with lung ventilators. 407 people are undergoing outpatient treatment, 122 are elderly people.
Over the past 24 hours, 51 people recovered from the disease and were discharged home. Over the past day, one patient has died from COVID-19.
The number of cases of community-acquired pneumonia was 14 per day, 15 patients were discharged after recovery from pneumonia.
In Bashkiria, 10,481 people were vaccinated over the past day. In total, 3,017,327 people (121.4%) were jabbed with the first dose against coronavirus infection in the republic, and 2,801,350 people (112.8%) were fully vaccinated.
The number of senior citizens over the age of 60 vaccinated with the first component is 904,337 people, and the second - 832,341 people. Of the children, 8,740 children were vaccinated with the first component, and 7,902 children received the second component.
The number of revaccinated people is 705,107.
