Head of Abkhazia about Management Center of Bashkiria: We will empower ourselves with your technologies

Today, July 13, in Ufa, the President of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhaniya and the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov examined the activities of the Management Center of the Republic. Elena Prochakovskaya, Head of the Department for Social Communications of the Head of the Region, told the guests about its technical capabilities. Analysts of the Center have 64 information systems in their work, and several more are in the process of being updated.

The Head of Bashkortostan said that on dashboards one could see in real-time how, for example, the construction of important socially significant facilities or the removal of solid waste was underway. Along with information systems, the Center has integrated the “Lesohranitel” program, which includes five video complexes. Radiy Khabirov stressed that the plans were to increase them to 17 to cover the entire territory of the forest and prevent fires.

Each resident can see information about the beaches on the website of the State Committee of the Republic for Emergency Situations, about their compliance with the requirements.

Elena Prochakovskaya noted that one of the critical indicators of the Center is the response time — upon receipt of information about the problem, the first steps to solve it are taken within two hours. The Center allows any citizen of the republic to apply almost directly to the leadership of the republic, and the leadership - in the current mode to see how the problems of the inhabitants of Bashkortostan are being solved.

“The fact that the Head of the Republic, in a pre-emptive mode, felt the need to create such a center indicates that the project is doomed to success.
