Head of Bashkiria invited republican residents to new museum
Radiy Khabirov invited the residents of the republic to visit the new Shulgan-Tash museum complex.
“On July 9, we open the Shulgan-Tash museum complex in the Burzyansky district. We have been moving towards this for a long time. We have worked hard to create in the republic the only museum of Paleolithic era rock art in Russia,” the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov posted on his social media.
He noted that this Saturday the museum complex will host a big event - the official opening in Russia of the International Year of Fundamental Sciences for Sustainable Development.
“For this reason, the museum, including the cave, will be closed to visitors on Saturday. I apologize in advance to our residents who were going to come to Shulgan-Tash these days. But I invite you here at any other time - it's amazing here and there is a lot to see," Radiy Khabirov wrote.
