

More than 300 Russian scientists will be able to improve their living conditions by the end of this year. This was reported by the press service of the Russian government with reference to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
Applications of 133 Russian researchers from 27 subjects of the Russian Federation have already been selected, 11 of which live in Bashkiria. Under the terms of the program, scientists who need to improve their living conditions can receive a certificate, who have worked for at least five years in a scientific or educational organization of higher education, subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science, their age does not exceed 35 years (for doctors of science - 40 years).
Housing certificates are one of the most sought-after government support measures for young scientists. In 2022, as part of the priority measures to support the economy, approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, an additional 1 billion rubles were allocated to expand the program to the existing funding.
