Radiy Khabirov told about financing of facilities to be built by Ufa 450th anniversary

During a meeting with the editors-in-chief of the leading media the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov called the upcoming 450th anniversary of Ufa a good opportunity to accomplish the city, to resolve important issues that were previously postponed. Answering a question of the Bashinform News Agency, he dwelled on the fate of several significant facilities, in particular, the republican hospital for war veterans.

In May, Bashkiria plans to sign an agreement on granting a loan for the construction of a hospital with the DOM. RF corporation. In addition, the project of the Eurasian Library will be discussed with the expert community of architects. It is assumed that this institution will not become a library in the usual sense, but a major research and educational center.

The plans also include the construction of sports facilities, the reconstruction of the Ufa circus, the puppet theater, and the next in line will be the Russian Drama Theater. At the same time, there is no talk of reducing funding for these purposes. Decisions on the improvement of public spaces will be made taking into account the views of citizens.

“Everything that we are building now, what we are doing is dedicated to ensuring that by 2024 Ufa gets rid of some problematic issues. New roads and transport interchanges will appear. I think the Ufa residents will feel that their life has become better,” Radiy Khabirov stressed.
