Pension Fund and Social Insurance Fund to be merged in Russia
In Russia, they plan to combine the Pension Fund and Social Insurance Fund for faster and more convenient receipt of social benefits by residents.
Until May 5, the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, on behalf of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, will prepare a schedule for the development and adoption of regulations for the introduction of a law on the creation of a unified pension and social insurance fund.
The legal work of the fund must be ensured by January 1, 2023. At the same time, in the process of reorganization, all the rights of citizens will be preserved and fully guaranteed.
In addition, the issue of introducing a single rate of insurance premiums will be worked out at the same time.
