Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov thanked everyone who took part in environmental clean-ups
The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, expressed his gratitude to all the participants in the environmental clean-ups on his social media.
“The past weekend was active. Trees were planted in towns and villages. 85,000 trees and shrubs were planted as part of the Green Bashkiria campaign. Of these, more than 14 thousand, as decided, are large-sized over 2.5 meters. Basically, they planted themed alleys, with special meaning. Traditionally, the Green Bashkiria campaign is held in the republic twice a year, the spring stage of the environmental project started on April 23, and will end on May 10, 2022. Our Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities says that more than 200 thousand people took part in the campaign. I thank everyone who cares about our republic.
