Сoniferous alley was planted in Ufa as part of Green Bashkiria campaign
In one of the yards of Ufa on Mustai Karim Street, 47, local residents planted a coniferous alley. According to the press service of the city administration, a green hedge appeared around the perimeter of the playground.
In the future, the coniferous alley will be replenished with seedlings of young trees.
“This spring, more than four hundred trees are planned to be planted in the Leninsky neighborhood of Ufa. Thematic alleys will be organized along Mustai Karim, Kommunisticheskaya, and Milovskaya streets,” Ilvir Khamidullin, head of the utility services and improvement department of the Ufa Leninsky district administration, said.
"Green Bashkiria" starts in the republic on April 23 and will last until May 10. In Ufa, it is planned to plant more than 4,000 large-sized trees.
