Russian President asked to bring him Ufa kystyby from Aibat hallyar

During the meeting of the "Russia - the Land of Opportunities" supervisory board, Vladimir Putin supported the project of the Ufa entrepreneur Marat Naskhutdinov  - Aibat hallyar.

As Marat told the head of state, he was able to reach the national level through the “Masters of Hospitality” competition, where he received the “Best Street Food of the Urals” prize and was able to launch a franchise.

Vladimir Putin asked the meaning of the name and whether the project had anything to do with halal. “Aibat hallyar is a common response to the greeting “How are you?” - "Things are good," - Marat explained. “We are planning to be engaged in halal products in the future.”

The President noted that halal products would certainly be in demand, and wished the entrepreneur success, expressing confidence that the replacement of foreign chains would lead to an increase in service.

“We will definitely support domestic catering. From January 1, it is exempt from VAT. There are other ideas, they are being worked out. National cuisines are part of our culture, and we have such a variety of cultures. It is very interesting and very tasty,” the head of state said.

At the end of the conversation, the president asked if they could deliver a kystyby (a traditional Bashkir dish) from Aibat hallyar. “So far we deliver only in Ufa, but we can work something out for you,” the businessman assured.
