Neurology and Rehabilitation Institute to be created in Bashkiria for 790 million rubles

An interregional center for high-tech medical care "Clinical Institute of Neurology and Rehabilitation" is planned to be opened in Ufa.

According to the press service of the regional government, the investment project of Medstandard Medical Holding LLC was included in the priority list by order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy RB Rustam Muratov. The curator of the project is the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection RB.

“The creation of the center is of great socio-economic importance, it will provide highly qualified medical and rehabilitation assistance to both the able-bodied population and the disabled. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 790 million rubles. The project implementation period is 2022–2023,” Rustam Muratov reported.

It is expected that the center will carry out:

– in-patient medical and social rehabilitation on a state-financed basis for 100 beds;

— in-patient treatment and medical rehabilitation of 2,057 adult patients for 80 beds;

– daily reception of 80 patients and 90 rehabilitation procedures per day for medical rehabilitation and treatment;

– diagnostic procedures for 80 patients per day in diagnostic departments/offices;

- hippotherapy services.

The land plot for the center is planned in the ​​Zelenaya Roshcha neighborhood. The launch of the project will give the region 94 additional jobs.

One of the options for supporting entrepreneurs is a priority investment project (PIP) - an investment project with significant social and economic effects, included in the list of PIPs in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the Government RB dated August 19, 2011 No. 292.

PIP is a status with a special tax regime and a wide range of preferences from the state. These are benefits for income tax, property tax, land lease, and various types of subsidies, including for certain sectors of the economy.

Requirements that must be taken into account for the project to be included in the list of PIP:

— the volume of investments (capital investments);

— jobs and wages;

— budget effect;

—scope of the project;

— registration of the investor.
