For residents of Bashkortostan, there are no restrictions on leaving Russia either.
It is reported that from midnight to 8 am only from the capital's airports; planes successfully flew to Delhi, Baku, Dubai, Ulaanbaatar, Tel Aviv, Mali, Samarkand, Antalya, Belgrade, Yerevan, Hurghada, Istanbul, Bishkek, Fergana, Nur -Sultan, Bukhara, and Minsk.
On March 3, indeed, there was an incident with an S7 airliner flying from Novosibirsk to Yerevan. Already in the air, problems with documents were discovered, the plane was landed in Mineralnye Vody. The issues were resolved, the VP-BSL board safely delivered the passengers to Yerevan.
The local authorities denied the information about the arrest of the aircraft in Armenia: "This information about the arrest or detention of the aircraft is not true," Vardan Chilingaryan, head of the transport policy department, said.
