Vaccination for 2.277 million people completed in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, vaccination against coronavirus has been completed for more than 2.277 million people. This is 91.7 percent of the population subject to vaccination, as stated by the Ministry of Health RB.
Almost 2.427 million people, or 97.7 percent of the population to be vaccinated, jabbed the first dose of the “anti-coronavirus” vaccine.
Recall, in total, about 2.485 million people are planned to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in the republic. In the last 24 hours alone, almost 10,000 people have been vaccinated in the region.
As the Bashinform News Agency reported, a record 4,105 new cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded in Bashkiria over the past day - this is a new maximum for the entire time of the pandemic. In total, about 172.8 thousand cases have been registered in the republic since the beginning of the pandemic.
