Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov congratulated republican scientists on Russian Science Day

The congratulations published on the official website of the Head of the Region, in particular, read:

"Bashkortostan is rightfully proud of its scientific schools, rich academic and university traditions. Important discoveries and developments of research teams actively influence the development of the social sphere, medicine, education, and innovative industries. The Year of Science and Technology contributed to the further rise of the republican scientific potential and the support of talented youth. The notable successes of our world-class Eurasian Research and Educational Center (REC), achieved in cooperation with science-intensive organizations and industries, have strengthened the competitiveness of Bashkortostan and created new incentives for the domestic economic development".

Radiy Khabirov also mentioned the victory of the Bashkiria universities in the Priority-2030 state support program for Russian universities.

"Six youth laboratories in genetics, materials science, photonics, and nanotechnologies have appeared due to federal funds. The republic annually allocates grants on a competitive basis to implement promising research projects. A multifunctional university of a new type is being created - the Ufa University of Science and Technology. The program of activities of the carbon landfill in the republic for the next two years has been successfully defended. The construction of the interuniversity campus of the Eurasian REC is being launched. The prestige of the profession of a scientist among young people is growing. Young researchers show their abilities and talents, achieve serious results here, in their native Bashkortostan," the website of the head of Bashkiria conveys congratulations.

The Head of Bashkiria thanked the scientists for their selfless work and wished them "achievement of scientific and professional heights, successful implementation of ideas and developments for the benefit of the republic and the country."
