

The Ministry of Health of Russia approved the conduct of phases I, II, and III clinical trials of a vaccine against coronavirus developed by the Gamaleya Center in children, TASS reports.
According to the permit registry, the research will begin on January 24. 2.2 thousand patients will take part in them.
The tests will take place at three Moscow medical institutions: the Morozov Children's City Clinical Hospital, the Bashlyaeva Children's City Clinical Hospital, and the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.
Currently, the country has registered a vaccine for adolescents aged 12-17 from the manufacturers of Sputnik V. Vaccinations for teenagers should start in December. The vaccine in 2800 doses should arrive in Bashkortostan in a few days.
It should be noted that after a week of full-time education in schools across the country, an increase in the incidence of the new coronavirus infection among students is recorded.
To date, in Bashkiria, 0.07% of the total number of students are ill, 36 classes in 24 schools have been transferred to distance learning, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
