RIA Novosti reports that Cuba has softened the entry rules for organized tourists from Russia.
Russian tourists in groups no longer need vaccination certificates or PCR tests. Thus, from the list of mandatory requirements for visiting Cuba, the only thing left is to fill out the D'Viajeros electronic form before departure.
However, those who did not have time to do this before departure will be able to fill out a questionnaire upon arrival: free wireless Internet access at Cuban airports will be available for 30 minutes.
As for independent tourists, the rules for entering the Island of Freedom remain the same: a negative PCR test or vaccination certificate, as well as filling out the D'Viajeros electronic form.
