2022 in Bashkiria has been declared the Year of the Year of Vocational Education Modernization, Decent Working Conditions and Labor Dynasties, the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov said on December 28 at a briefing session in the Government. The relevant documents will be signed today.

“There is some logic here - amid the brilliantly conducted WorldSkills, where our team performed well, we drew attention to the need for more intensive work with the vocational education system. We have 96 colleges - the largest number in the country. We need to think carefully about upgrading the system. We are currently negotiating with the Government of the Russian Federation on the opening of a federal center for advanced training of personnel in vocational education in Ufa. We hope we will receive support for this, and this will undoubtedly give an impetus to the vocational education вумудщзьуте. It is necessary to create normal conditions in college dormitories, but first of all, it is necessary to modernize the educational and production facilities.

Besides, in the coming year, we will think over a legal and financial mechanism to support the heads of those enterprises that create decent working conditions for their employees, where wages and other indicators will be assessed first of all - observing labor rights of employees, expanding the development of social partnership, improving qualifications in universities, obtaining higher education by correspondence, improving living conditions, forming creative youth teams, introducing innovative technologies into production, and so on.

We also highlighted labor dynasties. We should promote blue-collar occupations. Soon our enterprises will begin to suffocate from the lack of labor resources; we are already facing this. This problem can be solved only by creating decent working conditions, ” Radiy Khabirov said.
