New Year's festival "TERRA ZIMA 2022" will be held in Ufa

New Year's festival "TERRA ZIMA 2022" will begin in Ufa on December 31 at 10:00 pm.

According to the press service of the capital city hall, it is organized by the Center for Tourism Development of Bashkortostan, the State Committee for Tourism RB, and the Ufa administration.

As Bashinform previously reported, the concert program will begin near Gostiny Dvor, from the side of Kommunisticheskaya Street. Jokes, games, a flash mob, and gifts are prepared for guests.

Closer to midnight, congratulations from Russian President Vladimir Putin, Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, and Ufa Mayor Sergei Grekov will appear on a large street screen.

The headliner of the event will be the Mirage group. Visitors will also see performances by Bashkir and Tatar pop stars. New Year's show-disco with Santa Claus will last until three o'clock in the morning.

The "Race of Promises" is scheduled for January 1. On the first day of the year, people worldwide make promises to themselves for the year ahead and run to achieve their goals. The New Year's parade will take place in ART-Kvadrat and Gostiny Dvor in the afternoon. Games, music, and dancing await visitors. The winners in different nominations will receive valuable prizes, the main of which is the iPhone 13. Anyone who comes to the holiday in carnival costumes can participate in the competition. The competition will begin in ART-Kvadrat (square and event hall "Second Stage") at 4.00 pm. At  4:30 pm, the procession starts towards Gostiny Dvor.

On January 2, the Winter Sabantuy will take place at Gostiny Dvor, from the side of Kommunisticheskaya Street. Guests and residents of Ufa will be able to take part in exclusive national winter entertainment: horseback riding, sack fights, and other winter fun.

The All-Russian samovar competition with the main prize of 50 thousand rubles will be held at 3:00 pm.

At 6:00 pm, a Bashkir disco will begin here with the participation of Bashkir and Tatar pop stars.

On January 3, the All-Russian Parade of Snow Maidens and the Republican Parade of Grandfather Frosts will take place.

On January 4, a parade of horse-drawn sleigh carriages will take place, starting at 2.00 pm on the embankment of the Belaya River. A competition will be held for the brightest, most colorful, and original decoration of the sled and the crew. Grand Prix - 100,000 rubles. Horse riding, live music, songs with button accordions, and a cheerful mood await guests. The ski and archery biathlon will also take place on this site.

From December 25 to January 4, the guest yurt of Grandfather Frost will work.
