By Putin's decree: blogger from Ufa Rustam Nabiev became Russian Public Chamber member
Ufa resident Rustam Nabiev, who survived the collapse of the barracks in Omsk, became a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. This was reported on the website of the Chamber.
This news was commented on by the chief of staff of the Public Chamber of Bashkiria Shamil Valeev.
"A fellow countryman, a guy from Chekmagush, Rustam Nabiev, was included in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation by decree of the President of Russia," he posted on Facebook.
After the collapse of the barracks, Rustam Nabiyev had both legs amputated.
Nabiev is also known as a para-sportsman, blogger, the first person who conquered the highest point of Russia and Europe - Elbrus on his hands.
