

On December 18, in Bashkiria, the decree of the chief sanitary doctor Anna Kazak came into force on compulsory vaccination against coronavirus for some categories of citizens. New sanitary regulations allow employers to keep unvaccinated employees out of the workplace without pay. First of all, this applies to employees of:
- medical organizations,
- education sphere,
- social services,
- transport and transport sector,
- law enforcement and supervisory authorities,
- checkpoints across the border of the country at the Ufa airport;
- military personnel,
- representatives of the service sector and consumer services,
- client departments of financial organizations and postal services.
Since November 11, this list includes employees in the machine-building, construction, design, agriculture, and processing industry, including employees working on civil law contracts.
In case of non-compliance with the order, an administrative protocol will be drawn against the employer. And the court will already decide on a fine for a legal entity or suspension of the enterprise operation.
Earlier it was reported that if less than 80% of employees are vaccinated at an enterprise, penalties for a legal entity can range from 200 to 500 thousand rubles.
