Tatyana Golikova named categories of Russians who can receive COVID certificate

In Russia, citizens with positive PCR tests and antibodies from coronavirus will be given a certificate of a sick person for a year, without PCR, but with antibodies - for six months. Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova stated this.

According to her, people with positive PCR tests after January 1, 2021, will be offered to take antibody tests to issue a document as having had COVID-19.

"If a positive PCR test coincides with the data on the presence of antibodies received now, the citizen will be issued a corresponding document that he has been ill. The validity period of this document will be set for a year," RIA Novosti quotes Tatyana Golikova as saying.

Those who did not take PCR tests, did not go to medical organizations, but know about the presence of antibodies, that they have been ill, will also be asked to take an antibody test with informed, voluntary consent to transfer this data to the Ministry of Health system and then to the "Gosuslugi" (State Services) portal. These citizens will also be issued a document on the previous disease, but valid for six months.
