COVID-19 does not recede: 34 more people died in Bashkiria per day

The death toll increased by 34 and is 3,953 people. Among the dead at the age of over 60 - 3,559 people.

According to the emergency control center, at 11:00 on December 12, 113,779 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in the Republic of Bashkortostan. 541 new cases were registered per day.

102,880 people recovered, 556 - over the last day.

There are 367 people in hospitals, including 236 patients aged 60+. Of these, 97 are in serious condition, 5 are supported with lung ventilators.

6,579 people undergo outpatient treatment, including 4,358 patients aged 60+.

556 people were discharged from hospitals per day. In total, 102,880 people were discharged.

The number of cases with community-acquired pneumonia per day is 51. Discharged patients with pneumonia - 78.

In total, Bashkortostan received 2,735,658 doses of Covid-19 vaccines. So far 2,082,513 people have had a first vaccine dose; 1,878,838 people had had both doses.

1 878 838 people fully completed vaccination (1 and 2 doses) -  75.6% of the population subject to vaccination.

During the day, 8 581 people jabbed the vaccine (3 465 - 1 dose, 5 116 - 2 dose).

The total population over 60 years old is 890 387.

Number of vaccinated 60+: 539 534 with the 1st dose, 484 505 people with the 2nd dose.
