Anna Kazak also spoke about anti-vaxxers too.
The head of the republican Rospotrebnadzor of Bashkiria, Anna Kazak, advised opponents of vaccinations against the new coronavirus infection and restrictive measures introduced in the region not to report violations of their constitutional rights but to read the primary law of the country carefully.
“It is necessary to read the entire Constitution, not its separate chapters. Together with the constituent entities, the Russian Federation must instill a culture of protecting their health in the population. Article 55 of the Constitution gives the state the right to introduce any restrictive measures, including on freedoms, if it is necessary to protect the health of society,” Anna Kazak said in the “Interview” program on the BST TV channel.
The speaker noted that the situation with the incidence of COVID-19 was stable in Bashkiria. There was no increase in the last month. According to epidemiologists, this is due to several factors: a high level of vaccination and introduced restrictive measures.
