

The jury also noted the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov for his significant personal contribution to the development of event tourism.
The Grand Prix in the nomination "Best event in gastronomic tourism" was awarded to the "Birskie Pelmeni" gastronomic festival in Birsk. In the nomination "Best youth tourist event," the Grand Prix was awarded to the project "1000 Musicians Day ". The first place in the nomination "The best tourist event of a historical orientation" was awarded to the festival of historical re-enactment "River of Time". The second place in the nomination "The best tourist event in sports" went to the family sports festival "Malidak".
Besides, the 1000 Musicians Day was marked with a special prize from the R&C Exhibition Research Center (VNITs), the strategic partner of the award (publication in CongressTime magazine).
In 2021, applications for participation were received from 62 regions, with 515 projects in various nominations.
