Coronavirus in Bashkiria: New restrictions and self-isolation; scientists have created anti-COVID gum

In Bashkiria, the total number of coronavirus cases was 110,282 people, including 632 new cases per day, Minister of Health Maxim Zabelin reported on December 6 at a meeting in the government. 639 patients were discharged after recovery per day, a total of 99.2 thousand.

Now 6859 people are being treated outpatient for COVID-19, in hospitals - 450. The number of critically ill patients decreased to 81; the day before it was 98, 8 patients were supported with lung ventilators. There are 2,800 infectious beds deployed in the region. They are occupied by 70%.

During the day, 36 patients died from coronavirus in Bashkiria. The total death toll of COVID-19 was 3 764 people, the Ministry of Health RB reports.

At the Ufa airport, they organized testing of citizens arriving from South Africa and neighboring countries, China, Great Britain, Israel, and other countries that announced the discovery of the omicron coronavirus strain. It has not yet been identified in Bashkiria.
