Ufa will host Street Food Festival this week
Ufa will host a street food festival on December 10 and 11, bringing together guests from all over the country to present traditional and innovative local cuisine. This was reported by the press service of the mayor's office. The festival will be held in the "Art-Kvadrat" due to the Federal Agency for Tourism.
"In addition, for projects from Bashkortostan, Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions and the Perm Territory, Street Food Russia will hold a competition "Russian Street Food Awards: Big Ural". The jury will choose the best street food from the Urals, and the winner will present it in 2022 at the Russian stage of the European Street Food Awards in Kaliningrad. For applicants who submitted an application and passed a preliminary interview, the organizers of the event will hold master classes on preparation for the festival, the peculiarities of cooking and serving street food, and practice for the competition "Russian Street Food Awards. Big Ural ", the mayor's office informs.
