Number of deaths from coronavirus per day decreased in Bashkiria

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, 669 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Bashkiria over the past 24 hours. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 105 thousand cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the republic.

At the moment, 468 people are treated in hospitals of the republic, of which more than 300 people are over 60 years old.

72 patients with COVID-19 are in serious condition, of which 11 are supported with lung ventilators. Over 7.1 thousand people are treated on an outpatient basis, of which more than 5.3 thousand are patients over 60 years old.

"During the day, 25 deaths from COVID-19 were registered in the region. In total, 3,479 people have died in Bashkiria since the beginning of the pandemic, of which 3,101 are elderly people," the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria emphasized.
