Coronavirus death toll exceeded 3.5 thousand people in Bashkiria

During the day, 32 deaths from COVID-19 were registered. The total number of deaths reached 3,511 people, including 3,132 people aged 60+.

According to the emergency operations center, the total number of infected people in the republic is 105 703 people, and this figure increased by 665 new cases per day.

450 people are treated in hospitals, including 297 patients aged 60+. Of these, 67 are in serious condition, 10 are supported with lung ventilators.

7,120 people are treated on an outpatient basis, including 5,314 patients aged 60+.

667 people are discharged from hospitals per day. A total of 94,622 people recovered.

The number of cases with community-acquired pneumonia per day - 88. 76 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery from pneumonia.

The vaccination plan against COVID-19 in Bashkortostan is 2 48 667 people (the total adult population is 3 105 836 people). In total, 2,457,263 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been delivered to the republic.

1 968 753 people jabbed the first dose of the vaccine (79.2% of the population subject to vaccination).

1 708 208 people (68.8% of the subject population) fully completed vaccination (with 1st and 2nd doses).

During the day, 6,576 people were vaccinated (3 692 with the 1st dose, 2 894 with the 2nd dose).

The total population over 60 years old is 890 387.

The number of vaccinated 60+:  504 036 people with 1st dose, 432 446 people with 2nd dose.
