Alley of Medical Valor to appear in Ufa in honor of health workers died from COVID-19
The Alley of Medical Valor will appear in Ufa in honor of the Bashkiria health care professionals who died from COVID-19. This decision was made today at a meeting of the City Council, November 24.
The head physician of Kuvatov Republican Clinical Hospital, Shamil Bulatov, addressed the deputies with a petition to assign the alley on the territory of the Hospital.
The alley will be located in Dostoevsky Street on the section from Kustarnaya to Mingazhev Streets. Its length is 200 meters. The capital's mayor's office approved the project for planning and surveying the territory of the quarter in June 2021.
The alley will be dedicated to health workers who died from the new coronavirus infection.
According to official figures, 33 doctors died in the region from COVID-19 in the line of duty.
