Another 675 people got infected with coronavirus in Bashkiria over past day

Over the past day, 675 new cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Bashkiria. In total, 101 thousand patients with a new coronavirus infection have been registered in the region, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health of Bashkiria Maxim Zabelin said at a meeting in the government on Monday.

“89 percent of the total number of cases, or about 90 thousand people, were discharged with recovery during this time. Of these, over the last 24 hours - 666 patients. More than 7 thousand patients are treated for coronavirus at home. 637 people are in inpatient treatment, of which 113 are in serious condition,” Maxim Zabelin said at the meeting.

According to him, 4,000 beds have been deployed for inpatient treatment of COVID-19 in infectious diseases hospitals, of which 22 percent are currently free.
