89 residents of Bashkiria with coronavirus are in serious condition

The emergency operations center of Bashkiria for combatting a new coronavirus infection has updated the data on the incidence. During the day, the diagnosis of COVID-19 was confirmed in 670 people. The total number of cases reached 92,188.

828 residents of the region are undergoing treatment in hospitals, the condition of 89 patients is assessed as severe, 8 people are supported with lung ventilators.

7,320 people are under the supervision of doctors at home with a new coronavirus infection, including 6,122 patients aged 60+. The number of deaths per day is 23, for the entire period of the pandemic in the republic - 2,874.

Specialists continue to monitor morbidity and community-acquired pneumonia. During the day, 187 were diagnosed, 259 were discharged.

Also, Bashkiria is striving to fulfill the plan for the vaccination of the population. To date, 1,423,818 people (57.3% of the subject population) have jabbed both doses of the vaccine.
