This will make it easier for tourists to travel through the wetlands and preserve the soil and flora of the specially protected area.
So far, the decking has been arranged on difficult sections of the route from the Uchalinsky district. Next year it is planned to implement the same project from the side of the Beloretsky region. It is intended to lay 1.2 km of trails with decking and build crossings over 7 streams. “This will make it possible to localize anthropogenic pressure and localize the tourist flow. This project aims to preserve the soil cover and species diversity of vegetation,” Salavat Nafikov, head of the Directorate of Special Protected Natural Areas, commented.
The decking is being built for a grant of 1 million rubles, which the management won in the contest of the “Krasivye Deti V Krasivom Mire”(Beautiful Children in a Beautiful World) Charitable Foundation.
