Since November 15, Rospotrebnadzor has allowed filling indoor premises with mass events up to 70% if visitors have QR codes.
This is reported in the order of the chief state sanitary doctor of Russia.
In addition, all employees involved in organizing the event must also have a QR code.
As reported by TASS with reference to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Golikova, the practice of applying certificates of vaccination or of a previous illness will be expanded.
In particular, she offered to admit to objects after non-working days, only if such a code is available.
