

On October 26, at a meeting of the government's coordinating council for combating COVID, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova announced this.
"To date, the chief state sanitary doctors have adopted decrees on compulsory vaccination of certain categories of persons in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation," Anna Popova said.
Compulsory vaccination includes teachers, law enforcement officers, doctors, and trade, catering, and transport workers. In addition, conscripts, students, and people over 60 years of age are vaccinated against coronavirus.
According to the head of Rospotrebnadzor, in those regions of the country where more than 60% of the population is vaccinated against a dangerous infection, the intensive incidence rate is lower in comparison with the summer.
As previously reported, 82818 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in the Republic of Bashkortostan per day (+669). The number of deaths increased by 35 and is 2,446 people. 72,033 people recovered, 637 - over the last day.
1,585,023 people jabbed the first dose of the vaccine; 1,307,571 people - the second dose.
