Russians can contact Rospotrebnadzor hotline for testing for COVID-19
Specialists of the department will advise the population on issues related to testing for a new coronavirus infection, deadlines, and issuance of results.
Rospotrebnadzor has launched an all-Russian hotline on testing for a new coronavirus infection, the press service of the department said.
"From October 21, 2021, the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare will organize an all-Russian thematic hotline on testing for a new coronavirus infection... The message says that thematic counseling of citizens will be conducted by calling the Unified Consulting Center of Rospotrebnadzor: 8 800 555 49 43".
Earlier, Rospotrebnadzor shortened the test duration on COVID-19 from 48 to 24 hours from the moment the material arrived at the laboratory.
