Winners of "FormART" district street art festival will be announced on October 21

Summing up the results of the "FormART" district street art festival will be held online on October 21. The Kirov region will become the central platform of the FormART festival. The Bashkortostan studio will be located in the National Museum.

Bashkortostan is represented by a young designer Laysan Bilalova with the work "The Future Is In Our Hearts." Graffiti was applied to one of the residential buildings in the city of Neftekamsk.

The winners and prize-winners of the festival will be determined by summing up the popular vote results and the experts' votes.

Recall that the popular vote was held from October 1 to 15, 2021. It was possible to give only one vote for the best contestant by calling the free number: 8 (800) 301-50-23. All residents of Russia could take part in the voting.

Two ratings were formed based on the residents' votes for the finalist representing the native region and participants from other constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The street art "FormART" project is being implemented on the initiative of the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov. The festival aims to support the creativity of young artists, creating a modern urban environment and new cultural codes in the regions of the district with the help of graffiti art.

This year, the key theme for the competition works was the theme reflecting the potential of the country's development and new technologies under a single brand, "Look into the Future".

The prize fund of the FormART Festival has been doubled: the winners will receive from 100 to 200 thousand rubles to develop their creativity.
