Bashkiria unique natural objects are protected by Constitution

The State Assembly - Kurultay RB adopted several laws aimed at the development of tourism in the region.

The Constitution of Bashkortostan was supplemented by a provision according to which unique natural objects of ecological, cultural, and historical significance are under the special protection of the republic. They include the state natural reserve "Shulgan-Tash", natural parks "Asly-Kul", "Kandry-Kul", "Muradymovskoe Gorge", "Iremel", natural monuments - shikhans of Kushtau, Toratau, Yuraktau.

"This list will be expanded after the formation of the state register of national heritage. In addition, it is planned to adopt a law protecting the caves, which today are losing their natural uniqueness due to unorganized visits," the press service of the Kurultay RB reported.
