Bashkiria residents will have additional day off in October

In October, residents of the republic will have a holiday weekend, the Ministry of Labor of Bashkiria recalled.

In accordance with the republican law, October 11 is celebrated as the Day of the Republic - the day of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Bashkir Soviet Socialist Republic.

Republic Day is a non-working holiday.

According to the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, when granting an annual basic or annual additional paid leave, the non-working holiday of October 11 - Republic Day is not included in the number of calendar days of vacation.
