21 cases of ethylbenzene excess by 7.5 times were recorded in Salavat in August

The Bashkir industrial city has become the record holder for air pollution. Bashkir Met Office published the data for August.

In Ufa, the sensors noted 14 cases of exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of hydrogen sulfide, isopropylbenzene, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen, dust, phenol, hydrogen chloride, and ethylbenzene during the month: the level of pollution is increased.

In Sterlitamak, six facts of exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of formaldehyde, isopropylbenzene, ethylbenzene were recorded.

In other cities of the region, no excess of permissible concentrations of harmful substances was recorded.
