EuroSkills Graz 2021 participant from Bashkiria won medallion for professional skills

The representative of Bashkiria, Ilnur Shaikhislamov, as part of the Russian national team at EuroSkills Graz 2021, won a medallion for professionalism in the "Architectural stone processing" competence. Last year, a 21-year-old guy from Sibay graduated from the city multidisciplinary professional college in the "Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles" program.

The Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov congratulated the Sibay guy on his achievement and recalled that he personally took part in EuroSkills Graz 2021, where he had several meetings and negotiations with representatives of federal departments.

As a reminder, on September 26, Austria summed up the results of the European Professional Skills Championship EuroSkills Graz 2021. The WorldSkills Russia national team took first place in the team medal and point-scoring, thus confirming its leadership in the international arena in the new conditions within the first intramural championship after the pandemic. Austria took second place.

Members of the Russian team won 13 gold medals in the main competitive competencies Mobile Robotics, Floor Laying, Hairdressing, Visual Merchandising, Hotel Administration, Furniture Manufacturing, Cookery, Dry Construction, and Plastering Works, Welding Technologies, Restaurant Service, Electronics, Mechatronics, Milling Work on CNC Machines; 6 silver medals in the competencies Fashion Technologies, Painting and Decorative Works, Floristics, Tiling, Brickwork, CAD Engineering Design and eight bronze medals in the competencies Graphic Design, Plumbing and Heating, Carpentry, Electrical Installation", Network and System Administration, Aesthetic Cosmetology, Industrial automation, and Landscape Design, as well as five medallions for professionalism in the competencies Web Technologies, Architectural Stone Processing, Repair and Maintenance of Cars, Servicing of Heavy Equipment, Roofing Works on Metal. In the presentation competencies, the team members took four gold in the competencies "Medical and Social Care, Freight forwarding, Entrepreneurship, Turning Works on CNC Machines, two silver in the competencies Laboratory Chemical Analysis and Retail Trade and two bronzes in the competencies Industry 4.0 and Pharmaceuticals.

This number of awards was a record result for Russia at the European Championship.
