The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, expressed his condolences to the families and friends of those killed in the shooting at the Perm State National Research University.

“Tragedy in Perm. People died. Innocent people. We still need to figure out who is to blame and what to do so that such tragedies do not happen anymore. My condolences,” the Head of Bashkortostan said.

Earlier, the Bashinform agency reported that on September 20, at the Perm State University, a certain Timur B. took a shotgun and started shooting at students and passers-by. According to the latest data, five people died, 17 were injured. The Head of the Region instructed to check all security measures in schools, colleges, universities.
