Daily number of coronavirus cases is growing in Bashkiria

312 residents of Bashkiria tested positively for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. Representatives of the republican emergency operations center to combat the new coronavirus infection reported this. According to experts, the total number of infected people since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 61,614.

Today 732 patients are undergoing treatment in the hospital, 481 of them are over 60 years old. The condition of 55 patients is assessed as serious; 11 need lung ventilators support.

5,460 residents of the republic receive home health care, most of whom are 60+.

Also, deaths are recorded daily in the region. Over the past day, 16 people have died from complications of COVID-19.

Vaccination of the population continues in Bashkiria. The first dose was jabbed to 1,227,114 people (73.2% of the received vaccines). 1,108,271 people fully completed vaccination (1 and 2 doses) (90.3% of those who passed the 1st stage).
