Abnormal heat up to +39 degrees is covering Bashkiria

Together with the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Bashkir Meteorological Center warns the residents of the republic about the impending abnormal heat. According to forecasts of weather forecasters, from August 19 to 22 in the region, the air temperature will reach +39 C.

"Hot weather is dangerous for a person by thermal overheating and can lead to dehydration, the development of sun and heat stroke, exacerbation of cardiovascular diseases," - recalled rescuers.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Bashkiria recommend not to be in direct sunlight from 12 pm to 4 pm, since the sun is most active at this time. Please, avoid alcohol, drink more water, do not buy sreet food, do not play active sports, and do not leave children in the sun in a locked car.
