Radiy Khabirov: "We must improve road infrastructure in Ufa by 450th anniversary"
On July 12, at a meeting of the "Transport Hour" session, the head of the Ufa administration, Sergei Grekov, reported on the maintenance and repair of roads in the republic's capital.
The Head of Bashkortostan stressed that one of the main tasks in preparing for the 450th anniversary of Ufa would be high-quality roads. Moreover, it is essential to put in order the historical center of the city.
The head of the region also recalled that at a meeting with the general director of the Uralvagonzavod holding, Alexander Potapov, they discussed plans to purchase five retro trams that will run in the historical part of the capital.
"We must improve the road infrastructure of Ufa," Radiy Khabirov said. "High-quality roads, comfortable and modern stopping pavilions, safe public transport. Moreover, everything should be clean and tidy. This is a challenging task, but it must be done."
