More than 750 thousand people underwent first stage of vaccination in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, 751 thousand 449 people underwent the first stage of vaccination, 432 thousand 933 people made the second component of the vaccine. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Health RB, Igor Zasyadkin, at a meeting of the emergency operations center to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the region.

Bashkiria has already received 854,280 doses of Sputnik V, EpiVacCorona, and CoviVac vaccines.

"On July 14, another 95 thousand doses of vaccines will arrive in the republic, and by the end of the week, a total of 144 thousand doses will be received," Igor Zasyadkin said.

State and municipal employees, as well as employees of subordinate organizations, participate in the vaccination campaign. As of July 13, 68.5 percent of civil servants and 66.4 percent of public sector employees were vaccinated with the first dose. The highest rate - more than 85 percent of those vaccinated - is in the Administration of the Head of Bashkortostan. Industrial enterprises are also involved in the process of mass vaccination. At the request of employers, medical teams visit factories and plants to vaccinate everyone at the workplace.

Some enterprises have organized incentives for vaccinated workers with additional payments or days off.
