Bashkiria will receive two billion rubles for schools construction

More than 43.5 billion rubles were allocated to the regions of Russia for the construction of new schools. Bashkiria will receive 2 billion rubles for the program. The corresponding order was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin.

The support is implemented within the framework of the state program "Development of Education". The money has already been provided for in the federal budget, the RF Cabinet of Ministers said.

Bashkiria will send 980.7 million each in 2021 and 2022. A subsidy of 46.5 million rubles is planned for 2023. From 2024 to 2030, according to the document, Bashkiria will receive almost 320 million rubles more for the Education Development program.

"It is necessary to create conditions so that children can study in modern and comfortable buildings, where there will be everything necessary for mastering the material, playing sports, for growth and development. Moreover, studies will be comfortable and interesting for them," the press service conveyed the words of Mikhail Mishustin.

In total, with the help of state support, by the end of 2024, it is planned to build at least 1.3 thousand schools in the regions. It is also planned to involve investors and socially oriented businesses in this work.
