Bashkortostan leadership received special prize of "Zdravnitsa-2021" forum

The leadership of the Republic of Bashkortostan was awarded a special prize for organizing the work of health resort organizations during a pandemic at the largest health resort forum, "Zdravnitsa-2021". A commemorative cup and a diploma were presented by the President of the National Resort Association, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Razumov.

Only in Bashkiria in 2020, all the spa resorts were transformed into observation points within a month, which made it possible to preserve the staff and the economic situation of the sanatoriums in general.

The "Resorts of Bashkortostan" Association received the award as the best association of sanatorium organizations. The health resorts of the republic in the overall standings received another 18 gold and silver awards in various nominations, leaving behind the traditional resort regions.

“When the country's government banned sanatoriums’ activity last year, many of them suffered a lot. The "Resorts of Bashkortostan" Association, due to operational work together with a working group under the Government RB, already at the end of April organized observation points in all large health resorts," the head of the Association of Sanatoriums Arsen Iskandarov said.

According to him, today, all sanatorium-resort establishments of the republic work in the same mode; in some of them, the observation points are partially preserved, but to a minimum degree. As for the forecasts for the summer, all sanatoriums are 90-95 percent booked.
