222 cases of COVID-19 and community-acquired pneumonia are detected in Bashkiria per day

According to the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria, as of June 22, 222 cases of COVID-19 and community-acquired pneumonia were detected in the republic. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 40,306 cases of the new coronavirus infection have been registered in the region.

To date, 225 people remain in hospitals diagnosed with COVID-19. Of these, 32 are in serious condition, 2 are connected to lung ventilators.

1,427 patients continue their treatment at home. In addition, 117 people were discharged from hospitals per day.

Two deaths from COVID-19 have also been reported. Thus, over the entire period of the pandemic, 568 residents of the republic died from coronavirus.
