COVID-19 cases exceeded 40 thousand: three more died in Bashkiria

Over the past 24 hours, the diagnosis of a new coronavirus infection has been laboratory confirmed in 111 residents of Bashkiria. This is reported by the emergency operations center of the republic. Thus, the total number of people infected with COVID-19 in the region exceeded 40 thousand (40 083 people).

1570 people are active carriers of the virus in the republic today. 198 of them are in hospital, 22 are in serious condition, two are connected to lung ventilators.

In total, 37,951 people recovered from the coronavirus, including 35 who coped with the disease over the past day. Three patients died from the infection.
